Volodymyr meticulously developed this user-friendly platform himself, carefully setting up each service to ensure a seamless experience for users. DrivingSales
During time working at DrivingSales from 2017 to 2022, Volodymyr played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a primarily in-person training provider into a dynamic digital platform. When joined, DrivingSales was valued at $7 million and lacked any digital products. Over the course of three years, Volodymyr designed and developed multiple core products, including the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, University platform, and Vendor Ratings.
These innovations significantly enhanced the company’s capabilities and features, allowing DrivingSales to onboard numerous clients and expand its market presence. By 2024, the company was valued at an impressive $67 million, a testament to the impact of our collective efforts. This endeavor not only marked a significant milestone in DrivingSales’ growth but also stands as one of the most rewarding achievements in Vladimir’s career.
